The Deep V-neck is finally finished and I couldn't be happier! I even wore it out tonight...

Pattern: Deep V Sweater from Classic Knits by Erika Knight
Yarn: Patons something-or-other wool
Size: 40 inch chest
Needles: US5 and US6
This pattern was pretty easy to follow and to knit. I really didn't make any modifications other than taking out the waist shaping since it's a women's pattern. I might have made the sleeves a bit longer, but I don't remember.

The collar/neck was very easy to knit. I was a bit afraid of it but you can see that it turned out very nice.
I finished this sweater in early summer, but since it was over 90 degrees (32c) here for most of the summer, I didn't get around to seaming it until it cooled down.

I think this is my best sweater to date (the black and white striped raglan is a close second.) I really feel that I will actually wear it, unlike some of my past creations.
Up next, a black sweater vest using my own pattern and size US3 needles...
