Those are great bracelets, I would definitely wear one... They would also look great made from old ties (any cool thrift stores near you?).

WOW. Those are fabulous. I love how they look with the snaps and I bet they withstand more than velcro closures. As for the fourth edge how about making the wrist bands slightly longer, and folding in that fourth edge (on the inside of the band). Then stitch it down using a top stitch.

Nice job! The color combs are quite appealing. I tried making a few wrist cuffs a while back, but my sewing skills aren't particularly refined. I have a dritz snap punch thingie, but I always manage to mess up applying the snaps anyway.
