Yes, you guess it. I have jumped on the sock bandwagon and have started my first pair of socks...
I choose to use DPNs as opposed to the magic loop just because it felt better. I have found four needles is better for me than five. I am using Lion Brand Magic Stripes because I figured it's my first pair, so I might as well not spend a lot on yarn and I wanted to use larger needles (US3) instead of tiny US1. Wish me luck...

To be honest, there wasn't too much knitting, even in the car. But, I did manage to knit some in the park...

Today was such a nice sunny Sunday that Dan and I and two of our friends decided to go to the park and have a picnic.
I took my knitting along but didn't get it out of my bag because we ended up taking a walk after we ate.
Dan even stopped to smell the buds.
